"TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND OUT FROM THE ,SLS,WHO IS HOLDING THE MORTGAGE ON THE PROPERTY I PURCHASED,AT 419 S EAST,OAK PARK,IL 60302. THE LAST MORTGAGE HOLDER WAS,BANK OF AMERICA;THAN THEY SWITCHED EVERYTHING OVER TO SLS. THEY STATED THAT THEY WERE HIRED TO ONLY COLLECT,THE MONTHLY MORTGAGE,DUE ON CONDO,EACH MONTH. I TRIED TO FIND OUT FROM SLS WHO WAS HOLDING THE MORTGAGE LOAN,ON MY PROPERTY.HOWEVER,THEY STATED TO ME,THAT I WOULD HAVE TO REQUEST THIS IN WRITING,FROM THEM.THEY STATED THAT THEY COULDN'T GIVE THIS INFORMATION TO ME OVER THE PHONE. SO,I WROTE THEM A LETTER,THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED THEREFORE,I FAXED THE REQUEST,OVER TO THEM,AFTER THAT THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE THEM THIRTY WORKING DAYS,TO GET THIS INFORMATION,OUT TO ME;THAT WAS ON 02/02/2016. I HAVE YET RECEIVED THE INFORMATION FROM THEM. I HAVE CALLED,AGAIN AND AGAIN AND THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND EACH TIME. WHEN I DO CALL THEM THEY SWITCH ME,FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER ONE. IT IS ALWAYS A STALL, THEY ARE HIDING SOMETHING,I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT OR WHY. I'M TRYING TO GET A CHEAPER INTEREST RATE,THEN WHAT I PRESENTLY HAVE WITH THEM. I HAVE 8.07500 ADJUSTABLE INTEREST LOAN WITH THEM. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM. SLS,8742 LUCENT BLVD, STE 300--HIGHLAND RANCH, COLORADO 80129 PHONE NUMBER 1-800-3154757"
