Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I started the training for my CDL-A Tractor trailer drivers License the price for the school was $5000.00 if you paid cash. In the orientation my wife Christine went with me and we both think that the lady promoting the school lied straight to our faces. We thought for all that money I would have haz-mat on my licence when all was done. I then had problems with double clutching the truck. When I requested additional help they said we don't have the man power to work with each student individually. I was put in a truck with 4 other students and because I was having problems learning to double clutch the truck, I didn't get any actual road time. The only thing I got out of this whole ordeal was my permit that I could have done myself and just paid the DMV fees. So I am making this complaint to try to get some of my money back. I paid $2500.00 but did not complete the course because of the problems that I was having and with NO additional help I would have never passed the course.

I would like to know if I can get help getting some of my money back. Thank you Karl Hardy."
