Claimant says:
"Ocean Pools was contracted to replaster and re-tile our pool on 6-23-14.
Work began on 7-1-14.
On 7-14, I complained about sloppy grouting and tile un-evenly placed.
On 7-15, worker came in and tried to repair.
On 7-25, text the owner (Ricardo Feria) for meeting.
He stopped by same day to discuss.
Explained his work on the tile was still unsatisfactory and unacceptable.
Showed him tile uneven layed, some sticking out, and there were actual small holes
in the grout.
He agreed to fix providing I pay him for tileing the steps, which he agreed not to charge.
I agreed...I just wanted my pool fixed!
He never came back."
