Claimant says:
"I purchase a ticket to fly to Ghana Africa and then purchase another ticket to fly to my final destination--Liberia. Because of the security scare at airports over the world I put my MEDICAL prescribed medicines by my Doctor Jonathon Moss were put in my bag with my clothing.
They are as follow:
Naproxen 500MG
Buspirone 10MG
Simvastin 20MG
Tramadol HCL 50MG
Doxycycl HYC 100MG
Zolpidem 5MG
Cyclobenzapr 10MG
Since these pills are important to my health I was expecting my baggage with my medicines to arrive with me instead I got them 7 days later and with the only clothes I had were the ones on my back I flew into Ghana December 9th. Ito stay in a country I didn't know anybody stock in a hotel that was charging me for everything until my situation became so very destitute. My health problems was getting worse, depression, stress, high blood pressure, sleeplessness not to mention the mental and physical toll my body had to endure.
Because of my out of money situation and health problems, I appeal to the American Embassy of Accra, Ghana consular who had to intervene by moving my original return date from January 19, 2012 to December 29, 2011. I arrived into the United States very devastated; now under my personal doctor care recovering.
There are records for my claim that can be substantiated this hell-age experience (which I would not wish on my worse enemy) by the Lufthansa Baggage claim Center, Accra Ghana,Tubron Hotel Lapaz Ghana and tickets purchased,and not to mention the numerous taxi rides every night to the airport

For pain and suffering claim $5000.00
Medical recovery claim $3000.00
Hope this matter will be taken seriously as I am not looking to go through court procedure; but if it comes to that then I will not hesitate to go that route.
