Claimant says:
"During the winter months, Lasting Impressions Landscape Co. ploughed my neighbors driveway. My neighbors driveway and my driveway are separated by my landscaping, a two foot mound of dirt, shrubs and four each of 4' boxwoods purchased and planted by Richards Tree Farm four years ago. Lasting Impressions cut one of them down while ploughing. I contacted the owners wife, Lori in March 2014 and sent her pictures of the cut boxwood that he plough did, and told her I want it replaced. I've been calling now for 4 months and she is refusing to replace the boxwood, which they destroyed on my property. She claims there is a one foot piece that is green, and it will grow. My others are 4 foot and it look bare in that spot. I just don't know what to do next? The telephone number for Lasting Impression is 570-420-8858 I've asked to speak with the owner (Jim) or have him call me, but as of date, still no response. Location is East Stroudsburg, Monroe Co, Middle Smithfield Pa."
