Claimant says:
"I bought a 2005 John Deere Trail Buck 650 Quad back in 2010 and its been great until around 2018 I had headlight bulbs go out and then my 4x4 stopped working due to damage CV Shafts Right and left side went bad in the front.  I have been seeking out parts for months even went through Washington Tractor Supply in Sumner Washington. They are affeliated parts and repair distributer for John Deere I stated what I needed and they put in the order for me telling me they would let me know when the parts arrived. So I took it they know where the parts are and have it on order for me. Each Shaft will cost over 500.00 Each and the bulb was 25.00 Each. I agreed to pay it and went home after about 6 months I never heard from them and thought I better call and see if my parts are sitting there waiting for pick up. I emailed them and received a response they never received the parts and they were going to check into it. After about 3 weeks later I received another email saying that the CV shafts are obslete and no longer made. And not to top it off I was told that the bulbs for the headlights are also not avaiable that I have to buy the whole assembly just to get the bulb. After asking her how much the assembly is she said it would cost me 55.00 Each side instead of 25.00 each side. I then asked why all this took so long to find out and let me know when I could of been looking for alternitives.  She said her supplier never responded to her emails and they were in Canada. Now I found out there are no alternitives to fix that quad and I wrote to John Deere and they are not responding to my email to them.  I paid over 5000.00 for this quad not realizing the buy was a lemon as John Deere just deleted the quad all together and no parts are avaiable to repair damage ones."
