Claimant says:
"This company has personally attacked our character by spreading false truths about us to the trustee and heirs of the adjoining property to ours which is for sell. These lies have caused them to be very antagonistic towards us, aggressive to say the least. The amount of harassment caused by Integrity Realty has added to our personal stress levels to the point it is affecting several medical conditions. When an offer is made, Integrity fails to place the offer in writing.. and only offers verbal or email reply's to the offers made. We have first right of refusal which has not been made known to other realtors. When there were additional steps to be taken such as getting a tax id assigned, we did the leg work.. However Integrity Reality took the credit and placed the blame for the failure to close on time on us... Integrity Realty was our Realtor and also for the Estate.. We agreed to this because we felt and believed he had our best interests in mind... we found out very quickly he did not! We made an offer on the remaining property, we felt was fair to the estate/trustee.... apparently the heir was very insulted by the offer.... we felt the offer was very fair according to today's market. I will not be using this Real Estate company again, nor will anyone I know... There isn't any Integrity in Integrity Realty!"
