Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On June 9th 2017 I purchased Greyhound bus tickets from Missoula, Mt. to Chichago Illinois. While riding the bus on June 10th 2017 A male passanger broke the law such as ch. 6;6-6-102 ( breach of the peace) ; therefore, my peace was disturbed. The male passanger who broke the law by breach of the peace was sitting across my left side and about two seats in front of me. I had shortly waken up while taking a nap on the bus; therefore, I pulled out one of my reading booklets. The passanger immediately broke the law again, through breach of the peace he begin offensively disturbing my peace by shouting  and using execcessive profane language towards me. I told the male passanger don't talk to me; if there is a problem go talk to the bus driver; the male passanger continued breaking the law while disturbing and breaching the peace. Again for the second time I told him don't talk to me; if there is a problem go talk to the bus driver. He continued disturbing me by breaking the law towards me such as  breach of the peace while using offensive and profane language towards me.
Eventually the male passanger got up from his seat and went and talked to the bus driver; I am unsure what he told the bus driver; however immediately after he spoke with the bus driver the bus driver made a threatening announcement to remove people off the bus; therefore, I went to speak with the bus driver to explain what had taken place. I told the bus driver the male passanger had started harassing me by shouting profane and offensive language directly to me; therefore he again broke the law by he breaching of the peace . The bus driver got angry with me and stated you are getting off my bus; I said I haven't done anything wrong to be put off this bus. The bus driver said you are talking loud to me I said to him no I am not talking loud to you you are sitting down and I am standing up over your shoulders while you are driving; I am only trying to explain to you what happened. He says again I am pulling over immediately and you are getting off this bus; I said if you put me off the bus you would be putting me off for nothing because I haven't done anything wrong; therefore, I purchased a honest bus ticket through Greyhound and I have a right to ride this bus to my destination printed on the ticket and I am sure there is no where in your company's procedures nor policies that would give you the right to force me off the bus and leave me on the side of the street; instead of taking me to the next Greyhound bus station on the way and getting things resolved the right way by speaking with someone else who could better address this problem. The bus drivers continues to say I am pulling this bus over and you are getting off it.
Then, the bus driver pulls the bus over and begins breaking the law himself such as law 6-6-103 ( offenses against public peace) He says he is on the phone with police and while taking to police he shouts out to everyone on the bus that I am crazy, I am  getting off his bus, and  I can walk until I become crazy. The bus was pulled over on the side of the road in the middle of no where where there was only land around and no businesses. Eventually, two law enforcement came one a highway patrol officer and another a Sheriff deputy . The highway patrol approached me while I was still sitting down in my seat. He told me he needed me to get off the bus; I told him Im not going to be able to get off the bus because I fear for my safety because the bus driver has constantly threaten to put me off bus and he just recently broke the law while on the phone with law enforcenment such as the law against offenses to  public peace the bus driver called me crazy in front of everyone and said I am getting off his bus and I can walk until I become crazy. The highway patrol man asked for my identification I gave it to him and he said he'll be back.
Whenever the law enforcement returned he gave me my identification back and he went to go talk to the bus driver outside of the bus. Then, the two law enforcements returned back ( 1 highway patrol man and 1 deputy sheriff ) on the bus and told me I had to get off the bus. I said I shouldn't have to get off the bus because I haven't done anything wrong, where are the bus drivers company policies that state a passanger can be thrown off  or removed from the bus and forced to be left on the streets out in the middle of nowhere. The law enforcement such as the highway patrolman didn't answer me he said you are going to get off the bus or go to jail. I said can you have him call his company and talk to them; the law enforcement says that the bus driver says it is his bus; I told the law enforcement well I purchased my tickets from the Greyhound office and not from the bus driver; and I asked the law enforcement what law states that I am to be forced off this bus and left on the side of the streets in the middle of no where and I don't even know exactly where we are at. The law enforcement says you are going to get off this bus or you're getting arrested; I said you can't expect me to walk off this bus whenever I haven't done anything wrong and why would the bus driver try to leave me on the side of the road,  and I don't know where I am. The law enforcements began to arrest me and  I began to experience misfair treatments and I had resistance towards these law enforcement because I had never broken the laws, policies, nor been arrested. They were grabbing my wrists I began telling law enforcements they don't have a right to touch me because what law states it. They didn't answer well I did have a panic attack  again I had never been arrested or  have ever gotten into any problems with the laws before. Therefore, the law enforcement began to grap me harder, they dragged me through the floor asiles of the bus, I screamed for help, such as  " Help , they are trying to kill me " "help, they are trying to take my life away from me and I haven't even done anyhting wrong". The law enforcements continued to drag on me even when some parts of my clothes came down they eventually got me in their enforcement car and I was taken to jail, finger printed , and therefore booked into a call for three days.
I wote a statement to the highway patrol supervisor stating exactly this " REQUEST"   I want these two officers fired immediately. I want my file immediately dismissed because it was made up falsely; I didn't do anything wrong. Law enforcements were called while riding the bus; I went to explain to the bus driver that another male started this entire situation by harassing and breaching the peace of mine by using offensive language and disturbing me in the begining because he had no right to. My only reply to the male passanger was don't talk to me go and talk to the bus driver. Two officers cam out they didn't try reasoning through laws nor company policies. One of the officer said get off the bus; I said I haven't done anything wrong and the bus driver threatens to put me out on the side of the road in the middle of no where while traveling and says I am crazy and I can walk until I go crazy to an officer on the phone.  Officers show up to arrest me during the arrest I am grabbed and dragged through the bus aisle. I had bruises on my arists, knees, and legs. Some parts of my clothing were coming off and I was still being dragged on by officers with no sympathy; I couldn't fix them because the officers continued to dragg on me through the aisle. While being dragged by these officers I felt they were handling me very hostile such as raping me out of my relocation trip I was taking by riding the Grey hound bus. I said stop but these 2 officers wouldn't stop dragging me.
I am requesting three million dollars for every day I spend in jail. I experienced a lot of upsetness, stress, anxiety because being arrested was added to my record,  I couldn't eat for three days, I couldn't sleep for three days, I had headaches for three days, I lost my rights and life for three days because I didn't have to spend three days confined in jail through confinement, I had to be forced to live in a unfamilar new city outside for weeks, I had to seek employment everyday, my skin has been sun damaged tremendousely while living outside,  my feet have numerous of amounts of dead skin all over them, my ears and neck began to have a bunch of dead skin come on them ."
