Claimant says:
"I opened a small seamstress business in my home, "Never Ending Delights", 86 Main Street Raymond, Maine. I went to Key Bank in Windham to set up a credit card service for my customers. They quoted me a start up cost of $250.00 which I thought was reasonable. Elavon, the credit card service, then tried to deduct $430.00 from my account which had only the $250.00 in it, so I immediately went to Key Bank to cancel this -never having used Elavon services and returning the credit card machine. They continue to harrass me for this money plus interest $635.74. I have spoken to Key Bank on several occaissions but with letters, emails and phone calls from Michael Rodriguez, AG adjustments, 740 Whitman Road, Melville, NY 11747- 9090. It is difficult enough in this aconomy to make a living without being deceived by these credit card companies. I hope you can help me resolves this Thank you. Jane Leonard 207 212 1249"
