"I tried to call customer service for summer bay resort in orlando because our stay was very unpleasant and try to explain why but she was so rude just like most of the staff, so sad for someone that work with customers service to treat us like that. She hung up the phone on me. I just hope something is done about this. I work in a 5 STAR HOTEL RESORT and if I would treat a guest the way she treated me I would have been fired right away. This people definatly need more traning to learn how to treat the customer. I just hope something is done about this. We had a horrible time"

"Be aware be sure to read the terms and conditions of the package as they do use some terrible offsite locations to stay in. The tour is long but once you do your 90 minutes you are free to leave they do try to keep you. Customer service is excellent but there hands aren’t tied with limited room available on site."

  • customer service is excellent. We enjoyed our stay the staff every where where exstreamly helpful. Our only complaint was the lengeth of the tour... you must of been terrible rude or swaering at them for them to hang up on you...
