Claimant says:
"My wife abd I took our 3 children and 7 grandchildren to Disney world's all star music resort. It was the vacation of hell.We were there for six nights My Daughter in law started to get bites and we asked that the room be tested.The rooms we stayed were tested because my wife insisted that all our rooms be tested. Of the six nights we were there we had to move to different rooms because three of the rooms had bedbugs.The hotel staff took all our belongings to have them treated.We had to go to a Walmart to buy clothes for the next day to go anywhere.Some our belongings did not come back.Our clothes were all mixed up they were not sent to the rooms they came from.My wife work two jobs all year to take our family to Disneyworld and she almost had a nervous break down.My question is what can we do legally to try to getback what we paid for the entire trip.Disney did pay for the the clothes that we had to buy and a $200 credit for each room plus reimbursed us for the rooms.I want them to pay for the trip.We contacted AAA and they have said they sent our request to the highest authority at Disney.We have heard nothing since.That was over a month ago."
