Claimant says:
"My computer was damaged by lightning on 7/5/2015. A technician came to my house on 7/8/2015. As of today 7/24/2015 my computer is still not working and the only resolution offered to me is to have my complaint escalated and be given my options next week. I have spent many hours on the phone with tech support, but the problems still persist. I have had issues with updates and accessing/maintaining a connection to a VPN which is associated with the job I have from home. I have had problems accessing the internet in general as well. I have asked several times to be issued a new tower, but have been denied that request. Due to this problem I have lost wages and cannot be compensated for those wages from my employer I have already purchased a new computer, an HP, not a Dell so I can continue with my job online. I would simply like to return the damaged computer to Dell at this time without any further financial obligation to the company"
