Claimant says:
"I signed up for their service and they were totally incompetent. First they took my banking information and told me they would call me back for my creditor information. They never did,so after a week I called back and gave them the information.In the meantime they took $300 out of my account. I am a bit concerned at this point but thought now they have the information maybe they will do something. I was wrong they did not do at thing for about a month and then they emailed me asking me for the information again. I decided at this point that I did not want to do business with them so I canceled and asked for a refund and they said I would have to wait a month for the refund. While waiting they took another $300 out of my account.I called again and told them I want all my money back and they said they would make a note of the complaint and some one would call me back, of course they never do. I called a couple of days after the month and they said okay. A couple of days after that I receive $28 through their third party processor. I call several times after this asking for the rest of my money back and they say the same thing we will file your complaint and someone will get back with you but of course no one ever does."
