Claimant says:
"I took my 2004 Rv to Camping word for repair in New Branfuels Texas. It had water damage inside from a leak and the front molding had come loose from the decay. The service advisor gave me a price to repair the whole top for a price of $ 4600.00
I told him that that was not in my budget but the whole roof dd not need reparing just 1quarte of it and ply-wood sheeting come in 4x8 sheeting and tha's all i need repaired. I had 2500 dollars to work with. He told me he would needto wait for the estamotor who 2ould return on MONDAY. He called me back and said the could repair it with in that price marging. Well the repaired it an left all the rotten wood in my closet on the floor and left a hole in the wall from the metal bending over to crack and tear the interior. When iasked him abot leaving the hole in my wall he said that was the result of the repar and walked off. The next day saturday the rain came nd I still had the leaking roof and had to repair it with self leving caulking my self . the top of the roof still had a hole in the side and it never recieved ang puddy between the moulding like you do windows glasses. Very poor job and service. After getting back to the storage I related my experience to the owner and he told me he wished he knew that I was going to camping word for they have ripped him off as well along with alot more of other costomers

The repair work never should have cost 2500 dollars for a 1/4 sheet of plywood and then sealed up with a rubber mat.Especially when you  still have the same water leaking problem That I had to fix during a rain storm the following day. After a 1 week stay it could not have went through a check out that the service advisor said he had completed it and it meet his Q/C requirements to be delivered.
