"Blueair Group installed a new house heater for me on August 7, 2014. I paid them in full. I noticed the top floor wasn't getting any heat. After quite a wait, Max did come out & I thought it was fixed. Bu when the weather turned cold, the system till wasn't heating the top floor of the house. Also all the pipes (they installed) leading to the heater where leaking water badly. My repeated telaphone calls and emails went unanswered.

Originally Mr. Max Krysztofowicz, the coowner of Blueair Group told me their installation was warranted for 1 year. When I couldn't get in touch with him, I contacted the realtor, Scott Furman of Remax who had recommended Bueair Group and told him about Max's silence. I finally heard from Max that he'd honor his warranty. I was so happy to finally hear from him. This was back in October. But after repeated unanswered phone calls and unanswered e-mails, they still haven't made any contact and it is now November 15th. We have freezing temperatures & snow already. I was forced to get this fixed on my own. It has cost me $897.00 because the pipes had to be repiped because Blueair had installed them improperly, thus the problem with the top floor not getting heat. Apparently, the gate valve and the boiler cock where installed in reverse order from the correct way. I did send Max a diagram of this, along with all the photos of the leaking pipes via emails and a scan of the diagram. No response! I feel that Blueair Group really failed to do the job they were paid to do. Blueair Group, Max Krysztofowicz, 106 Summerhill Court, Warminster, PA 18974.
