Claimant says:
"I requested a Landline service to be installed on 01/18/2017. The appointment was made for 01/20/2017. No Technician ever showed up to connect the line and put in a completion ticket.The line was turned on automatically form the office ,but there was no power form the wall jack. I rescheduled another appointment for 01/22/2017 and was contacted by the expedition unit that a tech. would be out to check the problem between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The weather was bad and it rained all day. No one ever showed up. The Power in the house went out at 1:45 p.m. The family left the house when it began to get dark at 4:30. No tech ever came, but put in a report that they came at 1:19 p.m., I was on the cellular phone at 1:29 p.m. checking the status of the repair with the expediting unit. No one ever called to inform me of the status. I am a 32 year faithful customer with the same phone number and never been disconnected,and the service I received this week is reprehensible. I have had to make another appointment for 01/26/2017 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.I do have a job that must be at as well. The Tech's have made several false reports about making the repair and I still do no have a house phone. This phone is for an elderly woman at (1255 W 58th St L.A.CA 90037) who lives alone and this service should have been completed a week ago. My disappointment cannot be expressed at this point.Please address this matter and explain how a long time customer like myself can receive such poor service from AT&T. Thank You, Mrs Aleta White 340 E 108th St L.A.CA 90061-323-757-5496."
