Claimant says:
"On 09-21-2016 I was offered a job. the agreed upon wage was 30$ per hour. I have email messages proving this. I start working on 09-26-2016.. However after recieving my check I notice that my rate was 25$ an hour and not the 30 agreed upon. I than brought it to Mr. Dave Ash, the person who hired me and told me that 30$ would be my payment per hour. He then told me that he'll take care of it.. following week same result, and again Mr. Ash said he'll take care of it. Since then I've worked 108 hours for this company. The total amount owed is 540$, plus the 550$ i paid for the class, for the job. I was let go last week without any explanation or warning, so this is money due."
