"I called them and got a return number(93002736645) from extinction 121 for 5 products my wife did not order or wanted.They billed my creditcard for $148.00 for these items.They where shipped back by ups as per the instructions within the time limits.When I called back about the refund to my credit card they said they can not find any information on my claim.They told me that they had emailed me a tracking number which I did not receive and they would not send my a copy when I asked for one.They asked me who I had talked to and I told them that I had talked
to a lady at extinction121 they put me on hold for about 5min came back and said they had to have a tracking number .I asked to talk with a supervisor and he started the same run around.I asked to talk with his boss and he told me he is the boss and hung up on me.I called back and got another guy and got the run around all over agin. so now I have no products and I'am out $148.00"
