Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased 2 tickets to go from Los Angeles to San Francisco on June 4 to fly in August of 2013 Due to my wifes back we had to cancel. At that time we were told that we had one year to use the tickets. When I called I was told that the year expired in June and that I would be granted six months to use the tickets,and would lose $100.00. I was treated poorly by each of the people I spoke with. The names of these people are Courtney, Lola, and Patrick who I found rude. I have no reason to ever fly Southwest again and I am going to file a small claims action in Los Angeles for my full refund. I am also going to do everything that I can to make as many people aware of the customer service (thats a joke) policeys and the attutude of the employes I was treated like I was the enemy not a client."
