  • to whom it may concern!
    I want to say first my name is Frank and I operate Santa Barbara Towing Inc, First thing we should establish is I have not ignored Mr.Canchola or his claim.
    this incident has been a problem for him but like I have told him and my staff more then once, is as follows we here at Santa Barbara Towing are not responsible for any vehicle or property once we no longer have possession of such item. His vehicle was repossessed by the lien holder including his property, when a vehicle is repossessed from an impound tow yard, all liabilty of any sort falls on the lien holder repossessing the vehicle. Mr. Canchola has been told this, but he has failed to take the appropriate steps, Unfortunelty I cannot give legal advice on this matters because Iam not legal consul, I sincerely hope Mr. canchola gets his golf clubs and all his belonging back from the lien holder or repo company.

  • Frank, I have told you more then once, I have paperwork from the company who repossessed the vehicle. The paperwork states, when the vehicle was taken from your towing yard, nothing was in it. I asked if you had any paperwork stating all property was still in it when it was picked up. You have never gotten back to me, or even stated that you do. I have paperwork from the police dept, stating what was in the vehicle. I even have pictures the investigating officer took himself in your tow yard with the belongings in it. Please show me some paperwork stating my belongings were in the when it was picked up. Like I said before, the company who picked up my vehicle, had there paperwork saying nothing was in the vehicle.
