Deborah Moore Allana and husband,
The only way we will resolve this matter is for you to sign a document stating that you have received and are satisfied with the services you contracted me to provide, all of which have been provided as per your various requests and specifications.
You and your husband have been copying text and images from the production site (I have taken official, witnessed and documented screenshots for proof, should this go to court). I asked you to review the production site and let me know if anything was not satisfactory so that I could ensure you have what you want. By initiating a chargeback with your credit card company, and then helping yourselves to the copywriting that I painstakingly put together, you are committing theft.
HERE IS EMAIL OF HER ASKING ME TO SIGN A RELEASE SAYING I AM HAPPY WITH HER WORK BEFORE SHE WILL RELEASE ZIPFILES, DOES ANYONE KNOW OF AN SEO COMPANY THAT WOULD EVER DO THIS?

Given the behavior you have exhibited, the threats and actions taken in an attempt to get your money back, I have no reason to trust you. Despite having sent several emails stating that you are sorry, and satisfied with the work, and realize and appreciate the amount of work put in on my end, you have no problem turning around and claiming that I am trying to "rip you off". When confronted, you claim that you are "confused" and "don't understand" as justification for your actions.
I have been available to you at all times. I have offered to help you with anything you are uncertain about. To teach you anything you need help with. I have discussed wonderful strategies for helping your site succeed, which you were thrilled about, and gave me the go ahead to proceed.
You were concerned about my use of .php files in the initial site revision, which would have worked in exactly the same way as the .html files, with the added benefit of not having to use frames, which render the pictures and information invisible in the source code, and therefor invisible to the search engines.
Instead of contacting me about your concerns, you initiated a chargeback with Paypal. You stated that I was not getting in touch with you, however, that very week you canceled and deleted the gmail account that I corresponded with you through since the start of this project.
I was quite taken aback at your method of communication. I looked at that action as "looking for a reason" to get your money back for Christmas. You promised not to resort to this type of tactic again, on my agreement to proceed and revise the site to use .html.
That was completed and ready for your review on December 1st. I contacted you again and again asking you to review the production site so we could wrap this up. You gave me excuse after excuse about "not having time", then today threaten me with fraud allegations after not being able to yet again file a chargeback with Paypal. Obviously, again, in an attempt to get your money back. If you did not feel my services were of good quality, why would you copy my work from the production site to your site?
I do not trust you or your husband. The money paid to date has been more than earned. You owe me additional money for expenses incurred in setting up a proper Facebook page and purchasing $50 in facebook ads.
I will send you a final accounting, along with a letter you will need to sign acknowledging the work has been completed as requested, and as detailed on my website in the package you purchased.
Once received, I will send your files for you to do with as you see fit, and we can end this business relationship.
If you fail to comply with this request, I will have no other option than to report this to Paypal and have your husband's account investigated for fraud, contact the local police, the better business bureau, and post a claim on Complaints Board.
You will receive my document and invoice shortly.
Sincerely,
Debbie Moore
