"We contacted this company in 11/11/15 to promote our services in a folder for real estate here in The Orlando area. They promised me results in the first month. After 3 months we called them becuase we didn't see any results and nobody called to my ofiice asking about our products. After that they told me they will refund my money. That was two months ago, we called the last month and nobody answer their phones. I left voicemails in every single call that I made and nobody returns my calls. The amount they supposed to refund was$968.20 but the total payment that i made was for $1285.00. Now i want all the money we invested in this project, $1660.00. I feel robbed by this company. No results from this company and now they stole my money."

  • The complainant purchased four advertisements from us. The parties' written agreement was that the advertisements would be printed Spring 2016. Two of them were printed, but two of them were delayed. We will not refund for services we have already performed, because the written agreement stated that they could not be canceled. However, the complainant is correct that we promised to refund a prorated amount for the two advertisements that were delayed. The prorated amount is $925.71. We will mail the refund check to the previously-agreed mailing address. We wish the complainant great success with the two advertisements that remain in circulation.

  • I Am wating for The refund since 6 months ago and i haven't reviving anything !!!! Still waiting !!! Keep saying they are going to mailed and they haven't!!! No word front this people!!

    You did not indicate when you would send the refund and it appears that you did not do so. This isn't an accusation since I have no way of knowing what happened, however, you did not respond to the claimant's last posting, nor did you indicate when you would send the refund.
