Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"This company continues to bill me for services that I do not receive-I canceled Uverse several months ago, through A T and T, and took their offer of Direct TV. but continue to receive large bills for services that I do not have. Was by technicians that installed new Direct TV service that A t and T would adjust the billing. This has not happened and the bills have accumulated to hundreds of dollars-my internet has been cut off, as has my phone-all of which I had through this company's services for 15 years."

1. remove monies listed as deliquent and unpaid from all credit report Sep 20, 2017 $907.00
2. emotional stress and negative effect on credit from being told that debt was NOT settled several months later and disputed amount placed on my credit report causing credit rating to go down. at debt was settled in Dec. 2016 and then being placed on my credit report, causing credit rating to go down Sep 20, 2017 $1,000.00
