Claimant says:
"I've bought one propety to BRRRR with them in March/April 2024 with an ARV of $110,000 based on their drive by appraisals and when it was complete it came in at $77,000 which put me in the hole from the $84,000 I purhcased the property for plus the rehab
 
A second property was bought for $97,500 with an ARV of $128,000 also based on their driveby appraisals that was a 3 bedro0m 1 bathroom initially, but after the rehab was finished the appraisal came in at $84,000 and only a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with a bonus room, so I was sold a product that wasn't what I initially agreed to buy and both properties didn't come close to what was expected based on the inital after rehab value. 
 
I've also not has very much if any communication to try to resolve or figure what needs to happen and there wasn't much communication or discussion along the entire rehab process to assure things were getting done on time (90 days was promised) and I'm now 10 months since buying the home with no real confirmation things are complete or if there is a tenant that is moving in and whether they are willing to work with me to buyback the properties since they are not what was sold or billed to be once completed. 
I've tried working with Jason Hartmann and his contacts which is how I was referred to this company and have exhausted every avenue to get communication via text, whatsapp, calling, email and even trying to setup or schedule a group call to get things figured out to no avail
