Claimant says:
"In October of 2011 I paid $390.95 for a product (6 month supply) called Adya Clarity. Shortly after receiving the product, there was a recall and I immediately sent the whole order minus about 1 cup back to The Raw Food World. They had so many returns that they were unable to refund the monies, offering products instead. At the time I was willing to wait for a cash refund but never received one. So I did order 2 pair of special eyeglasses for around $20.00 each. I have copies of all the email correspondence between us, and they stated more than once that there was no expiration date on their offer of future refunds or product purchase. I recently decided to take the product offer and all my requests have been totally ignored. They owe me over $300.00 and I'll take either a refund or products."
