Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Hello, My name is Yesika Mckean and I am one of your favorite customer from Red Lobster and I am from Fort Wayne IN. I was in the area in June 3 20012 in Castleton IN. My family and I stopped at the restaurant to have dinner. When we left from the restaurant on the way home I discovered that I lost my bracelet in the restaurant. So, I decided to call the next day JUNE 4 2012 around 8:30. The manager of the restaurant was Joe and he answered the phone. I clearly explained to him the situation about the bracelet. I asked him if anybody had returned the bracelet. He ask me to describe to him how the bracelet looked like because he said he had 2 bracelets in his office. I clearly described to him how my bracelet looked like. He said he had one with my descripsion. I was very surprised and thankful that there was still an honest people there.

I offer to him to pay for the shipping and he says, "don't worry I will put the bracelet on the mail." the manager said "ill make sure that the mail man gives you a special delivery so you can sign it personaly." Today, I checked my mailbox to find an empty envelopoe in a plastic bag. i have been calling the manager and he says he will contact the post office to see what happened and I have been calling back, leaving my phone number and he will not return my calls. I need an answer and I need to find out what happened. the bracelet was found and was never lost. The manager said that he put it in the envelope with the special delivered and I will be signed to make sure I will be recived. That day was June 4, 2012. I say thank you so much, I was so thankful that I was willing to reward him and go to Red Lobster with my family to meet him personaly.
I decided to wait for the mail, but it was taking to long. A week passed and I started getting worried so I decided to call Tuesday or Wenesday and I asked him that I am not reciving anything. he says, "I gave the bracelet to my wife to take it to the post office I didn't understand why his wife came to the picture . By Friday, I recived an empty envelope. I was very disapointed and I put my trust in him to return it.
The bracelet was a very special wedding gift and I would be very grateful if it was returned immidetley. my email is yesikafortuna@hotmail.com and my cell is (260) 385-3282"
