Claimant says:
"On December 22 we went to US Cellular at 8923 Kell Blvd. In Wichita Falls Texas 76308 .To renew our phones.At that time the sales person told us that if we bought 2 samsun phones that we would receive a 58 inch samsun TV with in 6 to 10 weeks .so we bought the phones she said we should.At that time we asked her if there was anything we needed to do.she told us that we had just made it under the time limit which was the 24 of December and to expect our TV in 6 to 10 weeks.
Well the TV never came and when we called them about it they told us there had been an error and we would not receiving the TV.I feel like they were running a scam just to get people to buy these phones.I am 76 years old and do not like people who pray on the older people and i feel that is just what they did.I feel that still owe us a 58 inch samsun color TV as we were promised .
