Claimant says:
"Their website is poorly built so it will cancel your orders. Then when I went to reorder it charged my bank account 2x! even though the cancellation email said my credit card wouldn't reflect any charges! Then their customer service agents give you the runaround saying its the bank. If they built their website correctly in the first place and didn't send out misleading emails they wouldnt be digging their own grave. So, they have withdrawn 2x the amount I owe them because they are incompetent. Shoes aren't cheap anymore. So they have $100 extra dollars that supposedly they will restore sometime in the future to me."
