Claimant says:
"Received an ad for FREE EYE EXAM with purchase of glasses. Complied with ad and that FREE turned into a copay of $35.00 pluse $98.56 now due. I spoke to employees who indicate this "happens a lot". Owner, Brian Schmidt advises me that that is the in house doctor's price, Dr Charles Suivski. Curious enough, this is not what is in the ad and had I known there would be an additional cost, I would have gone elsewhere where they actually do give one a FREE EYE EXAM. I certainly would like your assistance in bringing this issue to a resolution . I truly feel it false advertising Attachments to follow. Herb Hoag for Carol Hoag
