Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On July 11, 2012 I brought my ipad2 to this business to have them fix my cracked screen. MEHMET KURT pointed out how the corner of the ipad was dented but even with the dent he could fix my ipad. The dent occured when I fell with the ipad2 the day before. About 4 hours later, he texted my husband that the ipad2 was ready for pick up. He told us our case was no good, so we also purchased a new case. MEHMET KURT kept our old case. About 2 and 1/2 weeks later i noticed a hair line crack in the corner where the dent was. For the first time since we got the ipad2 back, i lifted the screen protector plactic. I lifted on the side to see if in fact it was a crack. After that moment, I locked the ipad2 in my desk and vowed to show it to MEMET KURT when I was able to get off work. By the following week that crack had shattered by the corner snd another crack formed across the top. On August 9, 2012, my husband and I brought it to MEHMET KURT to shiw him, and we had hoped he would be willing to fix this mistake. Once we showed him the ipad2 he rudely said, "not his problem." And after a very nasty back and forth he basically told us the second he hands us the ipad it isn't his problem. He told us to go ahead and call the police. He pointed out the dent and said the dent was never there before. Seriously how would he even know, but what upset us was how he HIMSELF pointed out the dent to us the month prior. When we left we took it to another repair shop. The man looked at our ipad2 and commented on how the glass looked new. I told him it was new. He continued to ask if we dropped it. I said we had the month before and had it fixed. He then pointed out the dented side and told us that our glasses wasn't clamped down correctly which caused the cracks. He showed us where the old glass was and where the new glass is and explained how in order to fix the problem you need to stretch out the bent area. It was in his opinion that MEHMET KURT cut corners. He asked where we went and when we told him ge said he figured because others have in with similar complaints."

The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:

    I will start from the beginning and say that this is very rood of u to do something like that !
    our company is on the market for 4 years and we doing all that in our ability to make sure that we using the highest quality of parts and working with the best professional technicians in order to get the best costumer satisfaction, if u were taking care buy one of our other technician i was probably saying that i am sorry and doing for u the second repair free, but that is not the case here.
    u r one of our many many costumers that got the best service and price, the only problem with u is that u do not have enough dignity to admit that u drop the ipad again !
    when u came i show u the dent in order for u to understand what happen to the ipad and why its happen (because u drop it), and also to explain u what i am going to fix.
    now u and all the readers must understand, your metal frame was dent and its basically impossible to install or clamped(like the other guy called it) the new part\screen without fixing the dent firs !
    so i fixed the dent first and only then i installed the new part, witch mean that when i finished with the ipad he was perfectly flawless working, and i did recommended u to get new case that is more protective because if u dropped it ones u probably will drop it again(and that what actually happen)...
    i did not toke your old case, i don't have nothing to do with it, i don't sale used cases !! so if u left it there he got thrown to the trash.

    the next part is when u came with your husband in the second time and claim that he cracked again by him self.
    i showed u the dent again, witch mean that u re dropped it, metal cannot band by himself, and glass cannot break by itself , not after a day week or month, it just can't !

    when u went to the other guy, he saw the dent/band in frame again and he assumed that i didn't clamp it correctly but i can assure u and anybody here that i did fix the dent/frame before, else i just couldn't install the new part, i don't cut any corners and will never do it, i am working hard and in a lot of dignity.

    in a summary of all that, and just to proof u out and show that u r the one that not honest here i will ask u to look at your reclaims again and understand good what u asking for : my firs 150$ and the second 145$ that other guy charge.
    u break it in the first time, witch mean that for one fix u must pay, not important if its me or someone else, but for one time u have to.
    so why u asking for both of them ?
    why u are trying to take money back that is not belong to you ??

    if u ware honest person u need to ask just for the second time, and not also the first...
