"O'REILLY MANAGEMENT WILL LIE TO YOU AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. IT'S GOING ON FOUR WEEKS AND MANAGEMENT STILL HAVE NOT TALK TO ME ABOUT THE DAMAGE TO MY CAR BECAUSE OF THE WRONG SIZE SPARK PLUGS THEY GIVE ME THEY WERE TO LONG AND DAMAGE MY MOTOR. EVERY TIME I CALL THEM THEY TELL ME SOMEONE WILL OR GIVE ME NUMBER TO CALL AND THE MANAGER IS ALWAYS OUT OR WILL CALL ME BACK, NO ONE HAS CALL ME YET."
