Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On August 8/8/2011, I bought a 2008 Nissan Altima from the Auto dealer "ON TRACK AUTO MALL, INC" On 4548 W. Colonial Dr. Orlando, 32808.

On that day, the owner of the Car Lot, Sam Msouty, assured me that the car is already checked and had no accident, the only accident the car had was in the right bumper, and since the Insurance was notified and the bumper was resplaced, it got on the roport papers as an "Accident"

His sales representative "David" was also in the room and both of them was trying real hard to assure me that there were no problems with the car.

When I checked the front bumper, I saw the part was replaced since I could see the part number on it.

I paid for the 4 new tires to be put on the car, which they send the car to the next door tire center, and had them replaced.

After all the paper work was done, I put down $10.000 cash and barrowed over $6.000 from the Fairwind credit Union.

Bottom line is the car had a major car accident, as a result the front alligment and the frame was damaged, and it will cost me $1.600 to repair it, he said he would fix it but he didn't and gave me the same car back There is more to this story than I'm limited with here"
