Claimant says:
"They were hired to blacktop our driveway on May 10, 2014. They did not pack the asphalt down as promised and the sealer was a hit and miss job. They were suppose to return on Monday May 12 but did not return. It was dark when they left on Sat. night so we paid them the $5,000.00 with the promise they'd return on Monday. The phone numbers on the receipt are 918-208-3963 and 308-258-3305. One says voice mailbox has not been set up and the other says it's a pager number. They do not return my call. They said they were out of Sallisaw and Ponca City but there isn't an address on the invoice. I would appreciate any help you can give us."
