"Sir I have tried to get you to come over and correct the poor job you did on our house installing gutters at 113 Oakridge Place, PCB You have ignored my wife's calls, you have ignored my calls and now I am reporting you to the PCB Chamber of Commerce and the BBB for your poor work  This morning the water was pouring over the gutters so badly it was just pitiful you call yourself a contractor and Gutter person.  You have never responded to getting Nancy a warranty you promised as well and that is bad business and I will also report that to the proper authorities that can assist us in getting your attention and the problem fixed.  Next report will be to channel 13 news and I will let them help me with this problem.  Please address this problem before it gets out of hand. Your gutters are installed wrong, the house did not settle as is is 30 years old so that is out of your excuses.  Thanks for your attention please address NOW. 8506304634 or Nancy 850-527 3101

Attached is a photo of what it looked like this morning.

My next step is to let you correct this problem, or report you to the BBB and Panama City Beach, Fl Chamber of Commerce.

  • You were outside of your warranty The installation of your gutters was over two years ago and you haven't had any issues until 3 months ago with that being said you are out of your installation warranty period I have sent you all your manufactured warranty information that you requested also we don't warranty when you don't use the recommended downspout size which is a 3" x 4" or 4" x 5" which your not using you have a rain chain on the corner of your garage with a 2" hole feeding the water out which is a very good reason why it's over flowing there is debris in your gutters that are restricting way flow also someone else has adjusted the gutters which we don't warranty
