Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On NOVEMBER 19TH I wrote up an Agreement with Go Green Express to install a stand-by generator, agreed price of 7475.00 dollars .He wanted 3737 .50 dollars deposit witch I paid On November 24th I informed Go Green that I had to cancel the work order, the reason being my landlord did not want the stand -by generator installed in his house. The owner of the company Keith was upset an said there was a 200.00 dollar re-stocking fee involved, I told him there was no re-stocking fee mentioned in the Agreement but I would go half with him and he agreed. He gave me a check for 3637.50 on January 4th 2016 and I deposited to my bank. I was notified by the bank the check was no good it bounced and they charged me 12.00 dollars for returned check, I notified Keith at Go Green and he said send him the noticed from the bank and he would take care of it. It is almost three months and he has not taken care of bounced check fee. I call him every Wednesday and he said I will take care of it tomorrow, one lie after another. Its not the fact of 12.00 dollars, Its a matter of good business practice which he noes not have. Thank you, Walter Moran 29 Harth dr. New Windsor 12553 845 787 0287."
