"Started a barn in Feb.,2014...promised to be finished by May 21st, 2014...got to a "stopping point" in April, 2014....has made promises to come back without showing. He has returned at intervals several times, but does not do much. States he has "never not finished a job"...well, he has now!! He was paid, in full, with understanding he "would be back" on a stated day...no show! He had/has multiple excuses....does answer phone, most of the time...with more lies/promises....
In his defense?...does do a good job on roofs....not anything else."
