Claimant says:
"For 5 months or better they have been over taking money out of my check for dental select that I am not supposed to be charged for. This dental select is included in my health insurance. They owe me $11.81 for over charging me for rental insurance. I was only to pay $1.82 they were charging me $12.96. They paid me some of my money back and there was a blance of $11.81 from that. They credited me for $39.42,and they turned around and charged me $6.57 on one check 3 times. The grand total that they owe me is $51.23. I spoke to John, the supervisor, and he did anything to help me, spoke to Ms Roslin she did not help me. This is the number to the supervisor John 801-974-3853. This matter keeps happening for months now and I can't get this resolved."
