"Purchased a complete swimming pool package from B.P.I. Industries which was to include excavating, the total price was to be $5,007.00. There was no excavating done on my property and I was lead to believe that the proposal would be adjusted. This company runs an ad in the local newspaper offering a pool for $699.00, buyer beware of these scammers. The workers showed no respect for me or my property, I would not recommend them to anyone."

  • Customer purchased an 21' round-52'' above ground swimming pool for $2725.00 Customer purchased an accessory and up grade package for 1 1/2 H.P. filteration system; beaded, print 20 gage liner with top track; inwall skimmer; maintence and starter kits; complete vacuum and A-frame ladder for $999.00. Customer purchased pool installation (instalation includes pool assembly, 8000 LBS of mason sand, pre-cast concrete pads, up to 4'' leveling) for $999.00. Total of package $4723.00. Note: customer was to fill in pond area. This was not done properly and the area was unstable. The company had to remove the debries from the pond, bring in two dump trucks full of slag, spread and roll the slag manually in order to stablize the ground so the pool could be installed over it. This was a major expense that should have been charged to the customer but wasn't.
