Claimant's opinion: So called "other employees have stated" Sales Supervisor wouldn't disclose any when asked.
Claimant's opinion: A form to continue my employment was first issued. I had a section in which I could comment, after doing so, they then in the office asked me to sign a termination form stating that an employee heard me swear. No such swearing ever occurred and they wouldn't disclose who the other employee was because there wasn't one.
Claimant's opinion: I was held in office for over an hour, in which the president accused me of pushing my chest out and my eyes bugging out. A very dishonest and defamation of character from her as she has never even heard or seen me under any stress until that day in the office of the Sales Director.
Claimant's opinion: My sales supervisor had an ax to grind ever since I first went to the president to get my earned bonus in which he wasn't going to give to me.
On last friday 8/21/15 I phoned Miss Inna Bricker, we talked and she didn't even know I'd left BBB. When I asked her directly if she had phoned Mr. Brandon Baker regarding our short 30second telephone call we had, she stated she never called him. She even started looking up the business which we had discussed to make sure the changes had been made. I could tell she wasn't aware I'd been fired. She also stated that she'd been on vacation and so Mr. Brandon Baker took it upon himself to completely fabricate a story made by her to usher me out the door. Inna and I also discussed her telling the President this as she didn't know either. Inna was very kind to me on the phone and I was with her, we have no issues. And, she stated if there had been an issue, she would've come to my desk to talk with me in person. He lied, and wrote a short sentence on a warning form to make it sound like Inna had gone to him, but had not. Wrongful termination and now I'm in my 2nd week without working, and cancel of all benefits.
"BBB disputes the claims of Ms. Ross. BBB followed its policies and does not publically discuss personnel matters out of a concern for privacy."
This claim will remain posted until resolved.
"Employment here isn't what is portrayed. You will be subject to fighting for your bonuses which you fairly earned, told to give back business leads because of their own suspicions, and taken off your job duties for lengthy periods of time for unreasonable issues. Lastly, you will get fired for pointing out a major mistake made by another employee who doesn't listen to you on the phone and claims you're hostile to them."
I WOULD SUGGEST WRITING A COMPLAINT IN WRITING TO THE BBB HEADQUARTERS.
HAVE THE LOOK AT THE MATTER. IF THEY REFUSE TO HELP YOU OR RESOLVE THE MATTER THEN FILE A DISPUTE WITH LABOR BOARD WHERE YOU LIVE.

THE BBB HAS THE RECORD OF DOING BAD BUSINESS. IN 2010 THEY WERE BUSTED BY 20/20 ABC NEWS FOR PAYING TO PLAY. THE CHARGE BUSINESS'S TO HAVE A BETTER GRADE AND TO BE PROTECTED.
