"I would just like to insure that this company doesn't pull this stunt again. I would like if they could at least show some concern instead of the "it's not my problem" line they kept feeding me.Its not fair to those of us who trust in a company to give us the quality in a product we are paying for. I would like to either trade in the defective one for one of an equal or less price or a refund from previous payments and for the damage i had to repair that i did not cause."
