Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Purchased a engine that
included a supercharger, engine arrived 10/12/2012 with no supercharger.
Southwest engine told us we would receive it in a couple of days. We
called again after not receiving it and were told that it will take at
least 2 weeks before we receive it. It did not come we called again and
they said the supercharger was not included. After many phone calls
they now say it was lost during shipping and they are in a dispute with
the freight line and that the freight line is responsible and more than
likely they will pay for it and they were not going to replace the
supercharger. They were rude, they lied, different story each time we
could talk to them and they were not there we were sent to voice mail to
have John, Dale or Anthony call us back and not once have any of them
called us back."

  • We contacted Engine & Transmission World in Eugene, OR where our engine and supercharger originally came from and shipped from at Oakh Eugene Dock.
    We were told by one of the reps (Tom) that Southwest Engine is one of their brokers. And telling him (Tom) that we purchased a engine with supercharger thru SWE and never received the supercharger and since it was shipped by them ETW that they could find out what happened to it. He told us they never ship engines with superchargers they remove the superchargers and sell them separate. We then told him that we purchased our engine with supercharger included(as it states on our invoice). We then gave him ETW shipping # and he looked it up and told us no supercharger was shipped with that engine. We then ask for them to send the order they had received from SWE to see if SWE has been lying to us(telling us the freight liner lost it) He put us hold and came back and told us he could not send the order from SWE and that we would have to speak with them..HA and when we pleaded with him his words were"you are putting me between a rock and a hard spot" and "to speak to a lawyer who then will speak to our lawyer". We are not giving up...... we can't.
