Claimant says:
"My wife went to northpoint auto to look at cars. They showed her a 2012 Toyota sienna Mimi van 23,000.00$. She had the salesman call me to discuss the matter. I told him I was looking for a 15 pass. Ford van since it had a one ton frame. I'm 100 percent disabled and need a large van for my scooter as well as one large enough to carry my 13 grandchildren to church. He said he sees them all the time for sale and if I buy the Toyota , he can get the van and swap across . He allowed my wife to forge my name and I went in the next day to finalize the contract. He once again said he could get the van soon for us. He explains that businesses are getting rid of the 15 pass. Vans because the dmv are forcing the drivers into getting commercial licenses because the van is a one ton van. After a month I asked why I haven't gotten my van, he said unfortunately after I bought the Toyota, he hasn,t seen any full size vans, but if I was looking for a 12 pass. Van he would have no problem getting me a 12 pass. Van. After another month or more I broke down and said I would Take the 12 pass. Van even though I really didn't want it. Wouldn't you know it since I requested it they haven,t seen one for sale. I finally told my wife to forget about the trade. She went to talk with them one more time and they told her if we Weren't happy with car, we should not have bought it.One more thing, when we bought the car the sales tax was suppose to have been written into the contract. He said kansas could not make us pay taxes since we paid then in ok. I should have looked over the contract my wife signed because the taxes were not in the contract. I had to take out 3,000.00$ loan to register my vehicle. I have now put too many miles on the car so I know they won,t want to do the trade. At this point I just don't want any one else taken by the sly tongued salespeople at northpoint auto sales . That you."
