Claimant says:
"Caller extremely rude. Repeated herself again and again. Said she was trying to help me. Claimed I could have done this inadverently 78 ways. Could not tell how it was done,but said it occured 4 months ago. Asked if I wanted to change my adress for the mags. Declined. Asked if I had received them. No. Said after a short monitored call with her supervisor I would only be liabel for 5 yrs rather than 10 at $59/mo rather than 10 years at $79/mo. Did not give a card #. Threatened if I did not take care of this by midnight I was legally bound. Taking care of 95 year old parent who still works and just happens to be the oldest practicing lawyer in this state. I do not want my credit status to be harmed by this alleged subscription. Have received e-mails saying that personal information had been possibly confiscated through I think bank infor. I am furious. Refused to give me a phone # to call her back. Went to internet and googles Reader's Service and found this"
