Claimant says:
"Jen Wilkerson/ JW Virtual Solutions was hired to set up Quick Books and to enter all data from our 2013 business files. We hired her on May 18, 2014, we told her we needed this done by June 1, 2014 she told us she could not get it done until June 6, 2014 we agreed with this time , but didn't finish until June 19, 2014. My husband had already paid her $ 1,167.50 at this point , on her visit on June 12, 2014 she told us that we would only owe another $235.00, but on June 19, 2014 she charged us another $500.00. Jen Wilkerson started to argue with me at this time and we had customers in our store so I told my husband just to pay her so she would leave. Jen told me that everything was entered and finished, not so! Once we sent the files to our CPA he said more than half the information was not entered. Unfortunately as a CPA he can not issue any type of reports that he knows is incorrect. We can not file our tax report or get a correct profit and loss statement. Will Kinsey our /CPA has tried to contact her as well as myself but she will not return our calls. On 5/18/14 we paid Jen Wilkerson $ 235.00, 5/22/14 $470.00, 5/30/14 $462.50, on her last visit of 6/19/14 was only suppose to be $ 235.00 but was charged $ 500.00. Myrson's Outdoor Buildings and Park Model Homes of which my husband Donald and myself Carlotta Meyer own feel that she should pay us back at least half $583.26 and any charges to file this complaint. Jen Wilkerson told us that she had a person suing her when she first started to do our quick books, so we are not the only unhappy customers.
