Claimant says:
"Lending Club took a loan I had with them and after paying $2000.00 sold it to a 2cd party "Asset Recovery Solutions" with whom I have filed fraud againt them for not providing me a history statement of all my payments. I paid $3000.00 to Asset Recovery Solutions however they never accurately reported or recorded I had paid via my bank account close to $5000.00 in payments. Recently as of 2weeks ago Lending Club Corp reported to the 3 Credit Bureaus that I owed $10,800.00 to them. If Lending Club Sold the account to a collection agency how are they still claiming I owe the Original balance? They refuse to communicate with me nor will they disclose to whom they sold my information too. This is fraud on a whole new level and I believe they have sold my info to other collection agencies which had been reported as a hard inquires on my credit reports and causing me undue hardship in acquiring a home to move into.
