Claimant says:
"Enter Contract with the above, the five year plan paid in full($1500). In July and August 2020 they charge me 87.50 each month which was not correct because the contact was paid in full. I cancel the agreement expecting refund. 90 business day they said before the matter would be resolved. I have spoken to this company10 times about this issue. Answer received was pretty much the same old stories, ex; company will make sure it was getting I sent to the right department. I also was told by the customer member that would receive phone calls. As of August they have called me. Also it makes me wonder, are the using the money after cancel this contract so the refund will be a smaller to the customer. I will never getting use this kind of contract ever again and I would also advised be other people "be aware""
