Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Before joining GEA PPC Management for their guaranteed income/sales program, I was told by my eventual campaign manager (Jessica) that they have a 98% success rate and they have a 100% refund policy. I trusted them and joined on 13-1-2012. After 60 days, I had 0 revenue. Jessica then told me she just needed a couple more weeks to escalate the account and so I let her. After 120 days my revenue was still 0. I had sent numerous emails for updates and reminders but often times did not get the answers I was seeking. I had to eventually contact the CEO Steven Staffold and he ultimately promised me on May 12 that he would issue a complete refund if my sales quota were not met by June 5. He also promised he would get Mark over at Billing to transfer my accrued google adsense earnings when Mark returned from his vacation on May 16. I do appreciate this part of Steven's response. I then followed up by writing an email to Mark where he replied saying that he was my new campaign manager and that he would get down to work real hard to get some great results which I should have been getting. Mark said he would send me a report of his work over the next 10 days. Mark also surprisingly said that Google had not submitted the adsense earnings although I was told by Jessica earlier in April that Google had in fact made the deposit to GEA and that the transfer to my paypal account would happen in a few days, which never took place. While I greatly appreciated Mark's mail, I had to ask Mark to explain the apparent contradiction between his answer and the one given by Jessica over the availability of the adsense funds for transfer to my paypal account. Unfortunately, Mark's mail became the last that I heard from him. My subsequent emails to Steven and Mark drew a complete blank. They did not even acknowledge my subsequent mails. Despite having paid good money to GEA, they failed to even earn me a single cent and they continue to keep my money. Not one of their promises and assurances have been fulfilled. They kept saying "No Worries here" but the whole campaign period has turned out to be a fruitless venture. They were supposed to earn me a minimum sales quota of $9600 in online revenue but I got 0 revenue instead. They sounded honest at first and I did not suspect anything. They said they had problems with Clickbank tracking system and that they are updating their site to include more services but that is no reason or excuse for their unfair treatment towards me. I had told them I would like to maintain a long term business relationship but since they would no longer even respond to my mails they should then at least refund my program fee immediately together with the adsense earnings that was rightfully mine. If Steven Staffold and Mark fails to follow up with what they have promised, then they are in reality clearly just liars and corrupted individuals who ought to be charged for fraudulent practices. I expected better of them but this is what they have turned out to be. They betrayed my trust and they have no shame over their deceitful practices. May they be repaid in full for their evil deeds!"
