Claimant says:
"I purchased a discounted travel service from Destination Vacations 365 for $4,990. on Dec. 6, 2013. They misled/lied to me by stating that they could save anywhere from 35% - 75% on travel and accommodations. During their presentation at the Marriott Hotel in Santa Rosa, CA, they also stated that they had an A+ rating with the BBB...in actuality they have an F rating upon my investigation. I have tried on 4 different occasions to book stays/trips through them (in an effort to recoup some of my investment) and they are more expensive so I ended up booking directly with the cruise line, used Costco or went online. In researching the yelps, they have numerous 1 star ratings against them. They also have 35 complaints with the BBB...all resulting around false advertising in the form of "unavailable" airline vouchers for 2 up to $1,300. (given as a gift for attending by Executive Tour & Travel Service, Inc., Daytona Beach, Fl.) and false promises of saving significant money on travel and accommodations. I have asked for my money back and they responded with a denial."
