Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Signed a contract with Sales Person, to have a liner installed in our pool on June 22, 2013. We were told then that by the 2nd week in July he would have the contractors contact us and have the liner installed with old liner removed and taken away. However we got a call from one of the contractors and they first told us that the liner has not arrived yet. The 2nd call was towards the end of the week of the 1st week in July and said the liner was in and they could come by that Saturday July 13, 2013. After taking out the old liner and were ready to install the new one they realized it was the wrong liner. A whole week went by and I heard nothing. We had one whole week that it was over 90 degrees that was the 3rd week in July. I called the office and left a message with the secretary, she said she would have manager get back to me, he called me back however I was not home when he called. I kept calling him and the office kept leaving messages, still he never called me back. I even called the Sales Person explained the situation and He admitted he made the mistake, and would find out what the status is and get back to me. He has not called back as of this date July 24, 2013. Like the message I left the secretary, we wanted the pool for the summer not in the fall. Very disappointed with the way they do business. And if we did not sign this contract I would just tell them to forget the whole deal. Not interested in doing business with companies that don't care abut working with their customers or customer friendly. If this is their attitude now and I don't even have the liner installed yet, how are they going to be if I should need service in the future. Would like to just get out from under this contract with them, and not even bother doing business with them. I just assume wait till next year now and go with a different company.

The Installers finally showed up on August 5, 2013. We asked the installer if he was going to take the old liner away and he said he does not do that, and we showed him the product we bought for the pool that salesperson Dominic said we needed and the person told us that was for an in-ground pool not above ground like ours. So we were mislead with this salesperson Dominic Carito all the way around. Called Mr. Carito regarding the wrong product, he said he was away on vacation and would call us back. Today is August 24, have not heard from him yet. Not surprised. People beware of this company and doing business with this sales person, very dishonest."
