Statement of Claim
"I paid cash for a room upon checking into this establishment. After settling in and washing up I folded the blankets back to prop up on pillows and watch the football game. There was hair on the pillow and the sheets. I checked the other bed and found more hair. I went to the front desk and asked for another room or a refund. The desk clerk contacted the manager by telephone and was instructed by the manager to tell me to leave the property. I was given neither a room or a refund."

    ( GUEST RONALD JERSEY COMPLAINED OF HAIR ON PILLOWS, SHEETS, BLANKETS. I OFFER HIM NEW LINENS BUT HE REFUSE TRY TO SHOW HIM OTHER ROOM BUT GUEST DEMANDED FULL REFUND AFTER BE IN ROOM FOR 2 TO 2 1/2 HOURS CALL JAY JAY SAY GIVE THEM THERE RETURN STAY MONEY BUT GUEST REFUSE AGAIN FOR THAT WENT TO GET FULL REFUND GUEST CALLED POLICE). Our hotel policy is once guest been in room more than 15 minites there is no refund it's clearly state in paper where they sign.   • The response is in error. The receipt shows at check in time of 4:57:07 PM. The receipt upon leaving shows a time of 8:11:49 PM. The majority of this time was spent in the lobby trying to resolve my complaint. The desk clerk talked with the manager several times before I realized we were at an impasse. I called the police and it took an hour for them to arrive. If necessary, I'll obtain a copy of the report to corroborate the. The officer spent another 30 minutes trying to negotiate the dispute and filling out his report before we left. We did use the bathroom, and wash up before "settlling in". That's when we discovered the unsanitary conditions (a time of approximately 20 minutes). I should not have to change linens after checking-in, and I should not have to move from room to room after finding the first one dirty.
